Application & Residency

What is needed to apply?

To apply, you’ll need:

  • A completed application
  • Financial income verification
  • A copy of your driver’s license
  • A copy of your car and trailer registration

Are homes available to rent or purchase?

Only purchase options are available. Seller financing will be offered.

Is there mail service?

Yes! Mail is delivered to the onsite manager box and distributed to individual resident mailboxes.

What are the lease terms?

All RV residents are month-to-month. We do not offer overnight or weekly stays.

Pets & Park Policies

Are there any pet restrictions?

Yes! You are allowed a maximum of two pets, but they must be park-approved.

  • All pets must be on a leash when outside—no exceptions.
  • Please pick up after your pets and be mindful of your neighbors' sites.

Can park management require me to make improvements to my RV/home?

Yes. Park management can require residents to correct violations related to state or local requirements for mobile homes and accessory structures.

Does park management have the right to enter my lot?

Yes. Management can enter your lot during reasonable hours for:

  • Utility maintenance
  • Tree and driveway upkeep
  • Lot maintenance (if the resident fails to do so)

What utilities are available?

  • 30-50 amp electric service
  • Sewer and water connections
  • Curbside trash pickup (once a week)
  • Wi-Fi/Internet available through a third-party vendor

Are there bathrooms and showers?

No, Rancho Del Sol does not have shared bathrooms or showers.

Is there a laundry facility?

Yes! Our laundry room is located inside the Clubhouse.
