Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for residency at Rancho Del Sol, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older
  • Income Requirement: Net income must be 2.5 - 3 times the lot rent
  • RV Age Limit: RVs must be 25 years old or newer
  • Pet Policy: Allowed up to two pets, subject to park approval

By ensuring these requirements are met, we maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for all residents.
